je ne suis absolument pas satisfait de votre site car j'ai eu un accident de ski qui m'a contraint à rendre les skis le 2nd jour. je vous ai envoyé un mail pour demander s'il y avait moyen d'être partiellement remboursé. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse. une réponse, même négative, aurait été la moindre des corrections. j'espère sincérement recevoir une réponse cette fois...

sur le site l'adresse exacte du magasin ne s'affiche pas et on nous la communique qu'à la validation de commande et un plan d'accés serait très bien surtout quand on ne coannait pas la station (comme le site d'inter sport)
pour le magasin nous avons été très bien acceuilli, un excellent service et du très bon matériel.

Matériel non révisé mais changé sans souci. Pas de prise en compte du bleu/rouge, mais sinon très bien.
