Best-Price-Ski-Rental.com is owned and operated by ComeToParis registered in France. By accessing any areas of the Best-Price-Ski-Rental.com site ("site"), users ("Users" or "you" or "customer(s)") agree to be legally bound and to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Any command sent to Best-Price-Ski-Rental implies to submit to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this Site. Users should make certain that they read and fully understand all of the provisions of these terms and condition as applicable.

 1 - PAYMENT

Users who give their credit card number to the services of Best-Price-Ski-Rental, accept to be fully submitted to these terms and conditions. The payment does not imply an invoice for their booking. This will be send by mail with the voucher by mail. User agrees that if a service satisfying your request is available, Best-Price-Ski-Rental will confirm the reservation and charge the entire amount of the stay, including standard city and sales taxes, to your credit card.

Depending on the hotel you select, a local tax or "hotel occupancy tax" may apply. Theses taxes will be added by your hotel and will be payable at check out. When you check in, a credit card might be required to secure any additional local hotel occupancy taxes and incidental charges (phone calls, room service, movie rentals, etc.) that you may incur during your stay. CASHING Best-Price-Ski-Rental gives you the best quality of service. That is why we only charge you for the available services of your request. For any extra cost, the user will be asked for an authorization. The bank transfer will only be dealt with Best-Price-Ski-Rental specifications. The total amount for the available products will be charged when Best-Price-Ski-Rental will decide it.

 2 - PRICE

Our prices are net and include tax. The payment is due in Euro. The other indicated prices are computed on the current base but Best-Price-Ski-Rental does not warranty these prices. The shipping fees for vouchers are included in the prices of the services provided by Best-Price-Ski-Rental. The public rates are also indicative. They might be different from the prices the user will see in the ski resorts. These public rates have been gathered when Best-Price-Ski-Rental visited the hotels or its providers. They are computed on the same base, if possible, as the Best-Price-Ski-Rental prices in Euro. The rates' base is written before all the prices. If not, the only reference will be the one written on the Best-Price-Ski-Rental voucher. Price Validity: The indicated prices on the Best-Price-Ski-Rental site are valid the day of the payment. Prices may vary along the season and no refund can be asked if prices decrease between the date when the booking has been made and after. If the customer's request exceed this period, Best-Price-Ski-Rental can propose an extra charge to the customer. This extra charge isn't negotiable. Best-Price-Ski-Rental can at any time modify the rates published on Best-Price-Ski-Rental 's site.

 3 – CONFIDENTIALITY

Best-Price-Ski-Rental is committed not to use the data collected in an illegal way. The customer can at any time be cancelled from the list by writing at Best-Price-Ski-Rental. The list has been declared to Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberte and comply with this French law: loi n¡78-17 du 6 Janvier 1978. By this mean, the customer can avoid his data to be used by anyone else than Best-Price-Ski-Rental.

 4 - VOUCHERS

The customer will receive one voucher per service reserved with Best-Price-Ski-Rental. These vouchers will be send by mail (that is why we need your address) and/or by e-mail. You will only receive the vouchers by mail if you ask us to do it. This will be made only if the reservation occurs more than one month before arrival. You absolutely must show these vouchers to obtain the service you reserved thanks to Best-Price-Ski-Rental. This voucher is the proof of your reservation.

Geographic Zone

Provided that Best-Price-Ski-Rental publishes its products on Internet, the customers can have all nationalities. These terms and conditions apply in almost all countries, but in some (countries where there is no efficient transportation system), an extra fee can be charged for the shipping. Best-Price-Ski-Rental can take no complaint in account if there was a delay in the shipping of the vouchers.

 5 - MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION DUE TO Best-Price-Ski-Rental

Best-Price-Ski-Rental does its best for its customer to enjoy their journey in Paris. But in case of causae majores, or a third party act, Best-Price-Ski-Rental could not be responsible for the consequences. Best-Price-Ski-Rental will always try to look for the best way to make the situation better. If, before arrival, the journey is modified for an essential part of the contract, the customer can, in the period of seven days after he/she has been informed by Best-Price-Ski-Rental, either cancel his reservation (by mail only), so the customer will get his money back, either decide to benefit from the modified journey, so the customer will be asked to accept the rates modification that can occur. In any case, no allowance will be granted if the journey is modified due to causae majores or due to the security of the customers. In addition, Best-Price-Ski-Rental' providers keep their responsibility toward the customer. So Best-Price-Ski-Rental will not be responsible for a modification or a cancellation due to one of Best-Price-Ski-Rental's provider.

 6 - CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION DUE TO THE CUSTOMER

In case of cancellation, the customer will be asked to write us with acknowledgement of receipt. The date, when the letter is sent, will be the reference.

• Between the reservation date and 30 days prior to the service's date, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
• Between 29 than 15 days prior to the service's date, 75% of the total amount will be retained.
• Less than 15 days prior to the service's date, the total amount is due to BestPriceSkiRental and no refund can be done.

Each journey that has been begun, is considered as fully provided. No allowance can be asked in this case. For a no-show, 100% of the total amount will be retained. Each service or product reserved thanks to BestPriceSkiRental is considered as confirmed as soon as it has been paid and a voucher has been sent for it by BestPriceSkiRental.

Each modification asked by the customer will be dealt, if there is availability, with an extra fee of 15 Euros per equipment in addition to the extra cost.

 7 – DESCRIPTIONS

Best-Price-Ski-Rental is doing its best to give you the best quality of information. If you do have remarks or information to give us, we will be very pleased to include them in our database. However, the pictures, the description given on Best-Price-Ski-Rental's site are only information they are not part of the contract. Some of the features can also be modified. No allowance will be granted in case of complaint. Drawings, pictures, texts, and the whole site are Best-Price-Ski-Rental's property. So no use of them can be made without the authorization of Best-Price-Ski-Rental. Some of the pictures are free of exploitation, their author are indicated if possible. Each voucher sent by Best-Price-Ski-Rental is the confirmation of your booking. Best-Price-Ski-Rental's customer relieve Best-Price-Ski-Rental from any injury or responsibility that could occur during their journey in Paris, according to the French and European laws. In addition, they also admit the hotel rule. If you have special needs or requests (such as (non)smoking room, pet accommodations, type of bedding, connecting rooms, view, floor location, wheel-chair accessible room, etc.), you must fill the comment form of your reservation to verify that special needs or special requests can be met after your reservation is confirmed. The Best-Price-Ski-Rental Parties make no guarantee that special needs or requests will be met. A hotel reservation cannot be refunded, canceled or modified on the basis that the special needs of a guests were not (or could not be) met by the hotel.

 8 - AVAILABILITY

Best-Price-Ski-Rental gives you the best quality of service. Nevertheless, the services provided by Best-Price-Ski-Rental are submitted to availability. No allowance will be granted in case of no availability. Best-Price-Ski-Rental is not obliged to treat a command.

When there is no availability, Best-Price-Ski-Rental tries to give an alternative opportunity. This is out of the contract. To some extent, the hotels' room rates can be modified. The extra fee will be submitted to the customer in the booking confirmation.

 9 - THE COMMANDS

For the request or command to proceed, Best-Price-Ski-Rental asks the customer to fill forms. The essential information to provide are shown by an asterisk. No request can be treated without these pieces of information.

If an error happens because of wrong address or name, due to the customer, Best-Price-Ski-Rental would not be responsible. Last, the automated systems of recording show proofs of the contract and its date.

The insurance cancellation must be taken when booking.

10 - PROCEEDING THE COMMANDS

Any command or request is confirmed by Best-Price-Ski-Rental only after Best-Price-Ski-Rental has sent to the customer by mail or e-mail a confirmation of its work. Causae majores can prevent Best-Price-Ski-Rental to complete his task. No complaint can be made about this. Best-Price-Ski-Rental reserve the right not to treat some requests. In this case, Best-Price-Ski-Rental will try to inform its potential customer by e-mail.

Waiting period

We take care of our customers: that is why we do our best to give you will have to allow two working days between your request and our answer. Nevertheless, this point is out of the contract.

If the customer does not receive the vouchers before his arrival, he/she will have the opportunity to get them at Best-Price-Ski-Rental's office in Paris. The waiting periods indicated here are out of the contract and give no special right to any allowance.

While Best-Price-Ski-Rental will use its best efforts to respond within the time periods indicated on this Site, no guarantee is made that you will receive an e-mail regarding the status of your Best-Price-Ski-Rental Request within the stated processing time. Best-Price-Ski-Rental.com is not responsible for any delays in responding to a Best-Price-Ski-Rental request caused by an incorrect e-mail address provided by the User or other technical problems beyond its reasonable control.

11 - SHIPPING

We recommend our customers to verify what they receive by mail. Do not throw away the packaging if you are not sure nothing important is in.

Damages and Complaints
General Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Best-Price-Ski-Rental AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, "THE Best-Price-Ski-Rental PARTIES"), BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY USE OF THIS SITE, EVEN IF A Best-Price-Ski-Rental PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Best-Price-Ski-Rental Parties do not assume liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay due to any act or default of a Hotel Supplier, or by an act of God. Further, no responsibility is accepted for any damage and/or delay due to hotel cancellations, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or causes beyond the Best-Price-Ski-Rental Parties' control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays or acts of any governmental authority.

The User acknowledges that the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, video, typefaces, graphics, music, sounds, images, illustrations, maps, designs, icons and written and other material (collectively, "Content") on this Site are copyrighted works of Best-Price-Ski-Rental and/or various third party content providers ("Providers"). Reproductions or storage of information or works retrieved from this Site, in all forms, media and technologies now existing or hereafter developed, is subject to the French Law on this subject and to the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, Title 17 of the United States Code.

These terms and conditions are the only ones valid except if a special contract is signed. A Best-Price-Ski-Rental Party may at any time modify these terms and Conditions and your continued use of this Site will be conditioned upon the Terms and Conditions posted on this Site at the time of your use. In the event any term or statement elsewhere on this Site conflicts with or is contrary to these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall control.
